Now that you have selected a lot and previewed desired options, you are ready to select a floor plan.
- Selections Process
Choose builder and designer features during the Selections Process, which begins seven to nine months prior to the start of construction.
- Pre-Construction Meeting
Within one month of beginning your selections, you will have Final Design Meeting to confirm your choices and finalize selections before construction begins.

Prior to drywalling, our Construction Supervisor or Sales Consultant will tour your new home with you. At this meeting, they will verify your structural selection and give you an update on the delivery of your home.
- Quality Assurance Inspection
Prior to your orientation walk, we complete a rigorous quality assurance inspection of your home. We examine every facet of construction. This assures the home is ready for your inspection.
