Through your participation and cooperation, and our proactive communication, we will work to ensure that your new home and home buying experience leaves you feeling 100% satisfied!
Once you have finalized all of your decisions with regards to choosing your homesite, elevation, and any additional selections that are available in your Community and secured financing on your home, our Keystone Team will begin the construction of your new home. It is important to complete these steps as quickly as possible. Avoiding delays in making these decisions will help our construction team in completing their responsibilities so that you can move in and begin to enjoy your new Keystone home as soon as possible.
During the construction of your new home, you will have the opportunity to visit your home accompanied by one of our Associates. Your New Home Consultant will keep you informed about any specific meetings that will occur with our Keystone Team prior to the completion of your new home. If you are not provided with specific dates, please contact your New Home Consultant, so that they can arrange a visit. During these times, our Associates will describe and explain the homebuilding process and features of your new home, as well as answer any questions you may have.
